Who we are

LLM Masker is built and operated by ASL Digital Solutions, India (asldigitalsolutions.in). Contact: support@llmmasker.com.

The service

LLM Masker is a browser extension that detects and masks sensitive data in prompts you write on supported AI chat sites, on your device, before they are sent. The free tier includes all detectors and supported sites. LLM Masker PRO is a paid subscription that adds custom rules, allowlists and an extended on-device audit log, unlocked by a licence code.

Important: a safety net, not a guarantee

Detection is pattern-based and cannot catch every possible secret in every format. LLM Masker reduces the risk of accidentally sharing sensitive data; it does not eliminate it. You remain responsible for what you submit to third-party AI services, and for complying with those services' own terms.

PRO subscriptions

• Plans and prices are shown at llmmasker.com/pro and at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly per your plan) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the subscription-management link in your Razorpay receipt email, or by contacting support — access continues to the end of the paid period.
• One licence is for your own use; it may be activated on the browsers you personally use. Don't publish or resell licence codes.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
• If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, PRO features lock again; the free tier and your locally stored settings are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent licensing, abuse the licence server, or use the software for unlawful purposes. We may revoke licences obtained or used fraudulently.

Intellectual property

LLM Masker, its code, brand and design are the property of ASL Digital Solutions. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the extension, including PRO features while your subscription is active.

Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASL Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including data submitted to third-party AI services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. Material changes to PRO terms will be communicated before your next renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
