Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time — use the subscription-management link in your Razorpay receipt email, or write to support@llmmasker.com. After cancelling, PRO stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; you simply won't be charged again. The free tier keeps working forever.

Refunds

• First purchase, 7-day guarantee: if PRO isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally not refundable, but if a renewal went through when you didn't intend it to, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
• Faults: if a defect on our side stops PRO features from working and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund the unused portion of your subscription.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
